What we collect
When you register your interest in Glenwood we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone number, the house type you are interested in and any message you send us.
Why we collect it
We use your details for one purpose only: to contact you about Glenwood — availability, pricing, release dates and viewing arrangements. Your details are shared with the selling agent, Harkin Auctioneers, and the developer, Murphy New Homes. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as the development is being marketed, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to it being used. To exercise any of these rights, contact Harkin Auctioneers on 021 438 2233.
Security
Enquiries are stored in a secure, access controlled database. Only authorised members of the sales team can view them.
